Fresh Air from Kreuznach Spa's Salinas. Made in Germany.

Salinenluft axes its prices

Salinenluft axes its prices!

Salinenluft axes its prices!

Good news for all you fresh air junkies out there: Salinenluft will cut its prices. 30 Euros or unbelievable 50 per cent off from our most recent price: That is the new price for one half litre bottle full with fresh saline air.

We at Salinenluft had quite a hard time in achieving this goal. Thanks to our new partner, an independent mobile bottle-filler, we axed our production costs. Our partner company is now filling saline air directly at Saline Valley – just as we did so far.

Only we were doing it with our own hands, whereas now a mobile bottle-filling machine fills the bottle, corks it, puts the label on, wraps it up and packs it. It needed a few modifications, but we did it.

With our new prices we are ready to compete at mass markets. These mass markets will be eBay Hong-Kong, Taobao for all of China and Amazon India. Then many more can breathe a fresh breeze – at low costs. Expect us!

Onwards to our second season

Dear friends, followers and customers of Salinenluft!

111We have good news for you: Finally the hibernation cycle in Saline Valley is over and we can go into production for 2017.
On March 27th the first graduation tower began to pump brine again. One day later the other towers were switched on. Now the brine, the salty thermal water, trickles down over 1000 meters of blackthorne walls and fills the air with a healthy odoriferousness.
The new production phase of saline air begins on April 1st. By starting one week later we ensure that the gradient houses are in production long enough, thereby having already filled Saline Valley with our precious air.

Only five bottles of 2016 are left. By placing your order right now, you can make sure to get one of the rare first range.

Please see our „about“ page for further information on saline air production.

Breathe Like A President!

Salinenluft bottle familyDear President-elect Donald Trump!
We at Salinenluft – fresh air made in Germany – would like to present our best wishes for your upcoming presidency. Alas, we have learned that you are rather quick tempered. Our high quality German air – bottled in the Saline Valley not far away from your ancestor’s home village – gives you a chance to cool down, to take a break, to calm it. It could be of vital help in your demanding new job. Imagine mad Kim to start a missile: no need to nuke Pyongyang. Just take a sniff and the world is a better place. Merkel is not doing what you told her? Open a bottle of Salinenluft and rest assured: she does not have any. Please let us now if we can be of any assistance. The first bottle will certainly be on the house.
Kind regards,
Stefan Butz
Founder of Salinenluft

Major News Update: Apologies To Ireland, Kudos To Russia

Tá brón orm, Irish Independent. How could we have possibly overlooked your marvellous article on Salinenluft from the 22nd of October 2016 based on our international press release? But we did and so we have to apologise. Your text was the reason that Shemazing! reported on Salinenluft as they read the Irish Independent, Ireland’s biggest daily, too.

Meanwhile in Russia, nay, Berlin: The video made by the German branch of Ruptly, a Russian news agency with close ties to conspiracy theorist news station Russia Today, spreads like wildfire: shares it, as well as Bulgaria’s most popular video page,, Russian video page (yes, “su” stands for Soviet Union), multilingual entertainment company and the Australian newspaper Courier Mail from Brisbane (Queensland) in its online edition, thereby giving a neat overview which news sources will just publish anything.

Due to the reports on in summer, NewsR, a leading Indian news portal, also reported as well as the strangely similar looking page One News Page from the US. Chicago based German Pulse published a report based on our press release, and on, a stylish blog search engine from Hongkong, Salinenluft was mentioned in their report about strange businesses around the world plus they also reposted the Fusion report by Daniel Setiawan. For a radio report in English, even set up the top level domain Also a Godaddy page is, where the original Salinenluft video now has more than 36.000 views. On Youtube, the original video has nearly 9.000 views by now.

We at Salinenluft, especially its founder and CEO Stefan Butz and its managing directress Lisa M. Mohr, are proud that our German quality product Salinenluft receives so much attention all over the world. Thank you, céad míle fáilte, Спасибо, धन्यवाद्, 谢谢 and certainly dankeschön!

Salinenluft Also Works Marvels Against Chemtrails

Thanks to Ruptly, the Russian news agency, Salinenluft is shown to a new clientel worldwide. A staff member of Ruptly’s German branch did the video this morning. Large numbers of visiors due to the publishing of this video on youtube caused our website to be offline later in the evening.  The video was made in totally frozen Salina Valley where no brine at all was trickling down the stacked brushwood at the large gradient towers. As post production took place by the this one staff member while driving a car up to the far away North Sea port of Bremerhaven, we would like to add some information the video has missed – especially for our Ruptly and Russia Today clientel and for all conspiracy theorists worldwide:

Salinenluft certainly does marvels against chemtrails and the radon laden air in Bad Kreuznach fights any trails of aluminium and barium perfectly. Please forget about the last sentence of the video. It does not have any secret meaning.

And now have fun watching.

The Perfect Present For The Festive Season

Salinenluft single packNow the gradient houses are silent. No more salty water runs down the stacks of brushwood. Winter is coming. The salinas in Saline Valley, where our air is engineered, are standing still and will operate again in spring 2017.
We are now selling all those bottles we filled during summer and autumn. Get one as a present for Christmas, for Maulid an-Nabī, for Pongal, for Dong Zhi, for Chanukka or for any other occasion. There are fewer and fewer bottles in stock every day. So be quick!

Media Frenzy About Salinenluft

We at Salinenluft did not expect that: Media from all over the world made contact with us. That’s why Salinenluft is now well known in many countries on various continents. Here’s a little overview:

It started in Germany: The local newspapers Oeffentlicher Anzeiger and Allgemeine Zeitung reported about Salinenluft, the local online news site Hanz online followed. Then it went slightly bigger: The regional TV station SWR made a two minute report about our business for the evening news programme Landesschau. The Frankfurt-based regional edition of Germany’s biggest tabloid, BILD, gave us the headline on page four and produced a small video as well. Then the local TV station Nahe TV joined in.

Salinenluft’s press release was sent to selected news outlets around the world. First, The Hans India, one of Indias largest broadsheets published in English, did a story about salinenluft. Then, US journalist Daniel Setiawan approached us, doing a story about bottled air sales worldwide. He first published his story on, part of a large US web and TV network. His story also made it on,, and, while msn and msn money,, and published a short video based on Setiawan’s reporting.

The Mental Floss magazine braught the Salinenluft story back to facebook. There and on Twitter, strange things had already happened. In Facebook the likes for Salinenluft exploded shortly after the fan page for Salinenluft was set up. It now has more than 6000 likes – mainly from Pakistan. “I cannot tell you why”, says Salinenluft founder Stefan Butz. India, Egypt, the Philippines plus various countries on the Arabian peninsula follow after Pakistan (China has neither Facebook nor Twitter).

On Twitter, Salinenluft’s account is by now followed by Franchising USA, video channel Vines Tv, Moscow Top News, India lifestyle news LifeCrust, US based Environews, The Jewish Voice, the Indian fashion site The Fasion Crab, How To Be Hippy with its “Cool Ideas For Conscious Consumers” and Missouri based Bring Up Business. Salinenluft also made it on There, the comments are mosty negative, whereas on other websites the users seem to get the joke.

Salinenluft’s video on Youtube now has nearly 7000 clicks. It even went bigger on, where it has nearly 25.000 views. You can find it on Reddit and on a audio version of the article was published. It also made it on the entertainment network

That’s quite a bit. Have you found Salinenluft on another website? Do not hesitate and tell us.
